Our standard cleaning prices are flat by home size: $139 for a studio or 1-bedroom, $189 for 2–3 bedrooms, and $259 for 4 or more bedrooms per visit. Prices do not include tax — Ohio sales tax is added on top where it applies.

Your first clean is always at the regular price, and add-ons are always full price. The recurring discount starts on your second visit and applies to standard recurring visits only.

Weekly cleaning — 20% off: Weekly visits get 20% off the standard price from the second visit onward. That is $111 for a studio/1-bedroom, $151 for 2–3 bedrooms, and $207 for 4+ bedrooms per visit. Weekly is a good fit for busy households, homes with pets or kids, and anyone who wants bathrooms and the kitchen reset every single week.

Every-2-weeks cleaning — 10% off: Every-2-weeks visits get 10% off from the second visit onward. That is $125 for a studio/1-bedroom, $170 for 2–3 bedrooms, and $233 for 4+ bedrooms per visit. This is our most popular rhythm for many Columbus homes — frequent enough to stop grime and hard-water buildup, without a weekly visit.

Every-4-weeks cleaning: Monthly visits stay at the regular price — $139 / $189 / $259 — because a full month of buildup takes a full standard clean to reset.

One important detail: if a visit is skipped, the next visit is priced at the level matching the time since the last clean. For example, a weekly home that goes two weeks is priced as an every-2-weeks visit that time. That keeps pricing fair and honest for the work actually needed.

Which schedule should you pick?

Pick weekly if your home gets heavy daily use. Pick every 2 weeks if you keep up with dishes and tidying between visits and want help with the deeper work — bathrooms, floors, kitchen surfaces, and dusting.
